AVG software causing Capital One statement from loading to my desktop How do I disable and test?

Capital One is claiming that AVG software is the reason I can't download my monthly statement. This has occurred for two months now.  I tried disabling AVG VPN, AVG Tuneup, AVG Internet Security, and AVG Tracking and that does not solve the problem.  Anyone else having this same problem?  Capital One cannot even tell me which AVG program is the problem.  
AVG please respond and answer what is going on???
