Avg software deleted

Hello Spiros,
I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. I can see that your AVG Internet Security 1 computer (2 years) subscription was automatically renewed on 2017.9.2. After that you were requested a refund for the automatic renewal and the refund has been completed on 2017.9.6. I could not find any active subscription in your AVG MyAccount. May I know if you want to purchase a new AVG Internet Security license or would you like to install AVG Free Antivirus for your computer protection?

I purchased and installed 2017 AVG internet security 2yr plan on Sep 2017 and somehow and has dissapperaed of my computer. I have attempted to reload software but it tells me 'The action has been cancelkled and i have already bdownloaded the latest version'
Can anyone help?
