Dear Sir/ Madam
I attempted to scan my laptop device with the AVG software however it has failed to load. I did think this was a once of occurrence but it appears as has lasted for a few days. Could you please explain or help me out with this issue, It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have AVG Internet security, AVG Tune up and AVG password protection. That;s the issue I double click on the application and nothing opens. It is really concerning. If you could resolve this at your earliest convenience it would be much appriectiated
Issue resolved. A friend of mine to suggest to uninstall the software which will take me to the menu to repair it. There was a problem when it attempted to install recent updates. That's what I would advice if anyone has a similar problem to what I had
