I have full AVG coverage, all of a sudden my computer started acting strange, locking up etc. I clicked on the AVG icon on my desktop and received a very strange pop up. It said it was unable to access, sorry this is embarrassing. I checked my programs, the only thing left was PC Tuneup. Friday I received 2 phone calls telling me that my computer was at risk, it was sending out distress signals. I need to call their support number to fix the problem. I did not make the call. I went online yesterday, my computer was working great. I looked for my AVG, not there…help

From your account, I see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security - Unlimited, expires on 5/23/2018 and AVG PC TuneUp expires on 10/19/2017. The error message "sorry this is embarrassing" is might be because of AVG corrupted files.
