I purchased the software in Aug and now in Jan (not 1 year later) it is telling me it is closed and I need to purchase it.  I should have until at least Aug to renew? Right?  Plus I do not feel that it really set up and was working properly from the day I purchased it   My reference # is 36-3487814.  Any way to get a reg disk to install the software?  Help
