Since the recent Outlook update by Microsoft, KB4018314, the AVG spam button will not display on the Outlook ribbon. Uninstall and reinstall of AVG Internet Security will not recover the buttons. The AVG 'add-in' is shown as active in the options menu of Outlook.This same problem has shown up on 2 other computers as well.

the 'new' spam icons showed in the ribbon by activating Anti-Spam in menu/settings/components.
That simple.
