We're glad to look into this & help you.
It isn't recommended to have multiple protection programs on the same computer.
Reason being, they'll conflict with each other & none will work effectively.
However, if you trust that FigherLauncher.exe is a legitimate program, you can add it in exception & check if it helps.
To add an exclusion, you can check this link which has the steps.

I run SpamFighter and AVG pay version.
AVG is blocking FighterLauncher.exe when I try to install SPAMFighter. If I disale AVG SPANFighter will load and works just fine. The next time I book the PC then it ising working.

How do I fix this?
