Hello James, I have viewed your previous post through this link: https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000D6Cm and found that you got email to get remote support but you refused to get the support and wish to get help only via email. I would request you post you replies on only one of the post so that you will receive your answers faster. Are you getting this issue only on your Google Chrome browsers or for all browsers? Have you installed any AVG Secure Search or AVG Web TuneUp on your browsers?
Hey Balasubramnian, thanks for the reply!
I'd like to first say sorry for splitting my questions up, I didn't think of adding this to my question i had already asked. Second, a reply to your question. I have been getting this on all my browsers not just my google chrome and no I have not installed an AVG Secure Search or AVG Web TuneUp on any of my browsers.

Hello Hariharkumar!
This solution worked perfectly for me! No more sites getting blocked anymore. Yay! Thanks so much for all the help you and other AVG Tech people have given me over the past few weeks.
So around a week and 2 days ago I posted on here talking about how just after installing Windows 10, my AVG starting blocking multiple websearchs, webpages, etc. for me. The only way I figured out how to get through to these web pages was to turn off "Online Shield" under "Web Browsing Protection".
The link to my last post is here:
AVG Community
Basically, the last response I got was telling me I recieved an email. So I went checked it and replied to the email stating that I want to resolve my issue through email instead of waiting to talk to tech support online. Alas, I have not recieved a reply since last week. I really need to find a solution to this issue because it is making my computer vunrable to virus online.
Please fix this.
Thankyou, James
