Hi Savannah, I will help you with the issue, may I know whether  you are  using AVG Pc Tune Up or  Tune Up utilities  ?

When I clear a check beside an item listed in the AVG Startup Manager, am I preventing the item/service from starting when my computer is starting up? I know this seems stupid to ask, I just want to be clear.
