AVG states that I do not have any subscriptions?

AVG does't list my paid Anti Virus, PC TuneUp or Internet Security

From our records, I see that you have already connected us remotely and session got disconnected while computer reboot. If you still need any further assistance, then please check your mailbox and follow the email instruction (which has been sent by our technician) to connect with them again, also if you're unable to see your active subscription in your AVG MyAcount "MyProduct" page then please share a screenshot of the same page to assist you further.
