AVG Still asking me to pay after I successfuly subscribed

We are glad to clarify your request. AVG Internet Security is protection program used to resolve viruses, malwares, browser threats and advanced issues. This will not help you to resolve performance issues.

If you are unable to resolve performance issues, you can just click on Skip now option. Because, you are just receiving promotional pop-up for other AVG program. Could you please share us the screenshot of the resolve page? So, we will check and help you to disable it. Keep us updated.

I have purchased one year plan and activated it in my account.
I can see in menu -my subscription.
However whenever i press Resolve… AVG asking me to subscribe again.
Could you give me an advise ??
