AVG still says my account needs to updated

I just ordered a year of AVG.  I have a receipt email.  Whenever I go into AVG and try to use any part of it, it tells me my trial had ended and I need to purchase.
I have logged out as administrator and logged in again, but it does not update my new purchase.  I have restarted my computer also- nothing.
This is frustrating as I just spent $37.00 and would like to be able use the product I purchased.
