Please can you refund my money back onto my Visa card.. your product was uninstalled from my computer some months ago.. when I discovered it was still working after cancellation.. because I no longer use it... I only have my pension to live on.. and I can no longer afford you product.. it costs too much.. and these are hard times for me.. and I am very upset that avg steals from pensioners with autism.. at a time when they are very sick.
I have already sent you an email on 4/20/2022 4:20 PM .. to ask why you took money from my VISA CARD AFTER I CANCELED AVG.. and you did not answer me. I CANCELED ON TIME.. But I have been reading there are many people with the same complaint.. on the TRUSTPILOT SITE.
I am confused by the mail you sent me.. asking me to - Reactiveer AVG - after I told you I had both canceled it.. and uninstalled it.. so it is no longer on my computer. AVG took money off my bank account fraudulently.. without my knowledge or permission afte I canceled it on time.. this can only be considered theft.. and if my money is not return I will ask VISA for a charge back and send them evidence from the TRUSTPILOT website... that this is occurring frequently with AVG and they cannot be trusted.
I canceled AVG ON YOUR WEBSITE.. as instructed.. in good time.. long before my subscription expired.. and then you automatically charged me for another year... when I did not want it. You took money from my VISA card.. without my knowledge.. or permission.. and I am asking for it back. The subscription had already been canceled long before you took my money.. so there has been a mistake...
