So basically what happened was I wanted to buy an AVG antivirus.My payment got rejected so I decided to not go trough with solving the problem I just decided to change a provider of this service. The funny thing is i never actually had an AVG account but i was still able to make a "purchase". So basically this happened on the 13th of April and there was no problems nobody was forcing any payments for something that was never bought. Fast forward to the 15th…6 am… I get a notification from Paypal that its just made a some sort of payment. So naturally i got curios so i checked where did money go and it went to Digital River Ireland AVG.So I immediately got their sales staff on email and explained that i never bought anything and never received anything. So they asked for basic information and then just started ignoring me.
Unfortunately, we are unable to find the order.
