I downloaded a program called SPAN Risk Manager. Trusted source no problems. Then when I clicked on SPAN's icon, AVG (without my permission, without my request) "warned" me that this program might be dangerous and stopped me from opening it for a few minutes. Finally AVG told me the SPAN program is safe. (I already knew that!) Now when I click on SPAN's icon, the opening window shows for a moment and then disappears.
Shall I download the SPAN program again? Shall I turn off AVG in order to use SPAN? How do I temporarily turn off AVG anyway?

Please disable AVG temporarily and try to launch the application named 'Span Risk manager'. To disable AVG: Right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to turn it off.
