Hi

I have a program called labtech running on my windows 10 system with AVG internet security.
While AVG is installed the labtech program takes 20 minutes to open (should be seconds) I have tried reinstalling AVG and adding labtech folder to the exception list, all have failed to resolve the issue.

Any ideas?

Been doing a bit more with this and if i disable the AVGIDSAgent everything works fine.

Hello Phil, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Have you tried adding the entire folder of the labtech program to the AVG's exception?
