AVG stopping my gmail account emails to load

Yes, it is the free version. My subscription ended a few months ago. Free version is ok for now. It is the 20.9 version. 
As stated above, using Outlook on Windows. 1st SS below is error Outlook goves me.

This SS below is the AVG setting that I have to turn off if I want my Gmail emails to come in and work.
If i turn this Email Shield off, it works fine every time. Turn it on and fails every time.

Seems like it just started happening recently due to an AVG update because nothing else has changed or updated since it stoped working.

We could not find an active subscription on your account provided for AVG community.
Are you experiencing the issue with AVG Antivirus free program?
If yes, please open AVG Antivirus free program window. Click on "Menu->About" and check whether it shows 20.9 version.
If not, perform the program update as mentioned in this article and check the status with your Outlook email.

Hello, all of the sudden my gmail accounts in Outlook 365 stopped syncing and shows a connection error. 
I didn't change anything, but stopped working on my private network. I assume with an AVG update.
I disabled the AVG email shield and it works fine, but the whole reason to have AVG email protection, is to keep viruses from being delivered thru my emails, including gmail. I don't want to turn it off, but have to, if I want my gmails to sync.
It does work fine with my other domain emails, with the setting turned on, just stops gmails.

Is there any setting I can add to allow gmail emails to sync with this setting on?

Thank you for the info & instructions. All the ports were added already, but I added 993 in 1st box & it seemed to work. Awesome & thanks again!
