Windows laptop running Windows 7. Have been accessing my emails via Windows Live Mail. Checked emails this morning and all was good.

However, checking emails later, I get the error code 0x800ccc0f. If I disable AVG, Windows Live mail works fine again. I looked at AVG Email Shield and unchecked 'Scan inbound emails' and 'Scan outbound emails' and this allows Windows Live mail to work while AVG is turned on.

But why has this happened? It was fine this morning. And there has been no AVG update since then, as far as I know.

But I need to have the AVG Email shield ON to stop any bad emails coming in. I shouldn't have to keep on disabling AVG to see my emails.

Any help? Thanks
