Hello Aloua,
I understand the inconvenience. Can you please tell me the program name which is blocked by AVG? So I can assist further. Also, please let me know if you have installed AVG PC TuneUp Trial version.
AVG blocks some of my programs from running. They were working fine until AVG got updated. There's no way to know it other than uninstalling AVG because disabling AVG doesn't do anything, which begs the question, why is AVG still on when you disable it. Maybe AVG shouldn't be too eager on throwing out new software but fix their existing ones because it getting rather annoying.
AVG is screwing up with the services and virtual machines. It shouldn't be doing that. All I wanted was a virus scanner. And I've never used PC TuneUp and never will. I'm not sure why AVG have pop ups and ads now and it's AVG starting to feel like a piece of malware.

Aloua,
I understand this must be upsetting and I apologize for the inconvenience.
I would request you to follow the instructions to change the Firewall settings : Open AVG Zen -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> System profiles > Enable all the configurations.
Also, please go to Firewall component -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the networks from Public to Private (If it is in Private, change it to Public) and check if the issue is fixed. If you get any popup message, please provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] to assist further.
Aloua, If applicable… For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

If AVG modifies its antivrius and causes errors on other programs, AVG should allow for us to undo the change, otherwise it would screw our system costing us hours of unecessasry repair and troubleshooting.
