As of this time 11.50 on the 5th April 2017 the sum of $119.99 Australian dollars which was deducted from my account on the 17th March 2017 has not been refunded. I fail to see how it could have been cancelled from my end as it had already been deducted from my account before I had checked my bank statement. My bank assures me that it has not recieved a credit from AVG regarding the wrongful transaction. Will you please reimburse the deduction to my account immediatly. You have all the details, considering you managed to take the money from my account without my consent.
