AVG subscription activated but still asking me to buy subscription

I purchased 1 year of AVG internet protection, and I activated it in the app on my computer. However when I go to "resolve issue" it tries to get me to purchase another subscription even though I already paid for my subscription and linked it to my account/AVG app. What is going on? How do I fix it? I tried contacting support and the automated system disconnected me…

Please provide the screenshot of AVG window where it ask you to purchase and let us know when does it exactly happen.
