Please be informed that AVG my account showing as "No subscriptions" is a issue with my account server and it has to be escalated to get fixed.
I see that you have been charged for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) since auto renewal was enabled for the license.

On 31/10/2017 I received an email suggesting that if I wish to cancel, I may do so by following the steps at https://www.avg.com/en-us/subscription-cancel?O=...
However, this site was down.
Now it is working, but confirming the cancellation email results in "An unexpected error has occured. Please contact us to solve your request manually"
Please cancel my subscription manually.
- next, in myu account, I have the message "You don't have any subscriptions", but at the order history I have order nymbers and invoices. Please correct this bug, so that I can know what happens with my money!
