Well, the account has two subscriptions, and both show on my Google Play Store account. As well, they were charged to my debit card, so I definitely have two subscriptions that should be current. The AVG Antivirus shows as being canceled. The other is AVG Cleaner and it is working properly. The antivirus is supposed to expire on 06/04/2016 and the Cleaner expires on 09/04/2016. The e-mail I used for them is of course my Google Account e-mail of karlpmann@gmail.com. Does this help any?
I uninstalled AVG Antivirus to see if it was interfering with another app. When I saw that it was not the problem, I reinstalled it. Somehow in this process it cancelled my subscription and won't let me get it turned back on unless I pay again. I had just renewed the subscription a few months ago. How can I get it working right again?
