I have a 2 year subscription which expires in July 2020. According to my account it can be used on multiple devices. I installed it on my iPhone and it will not accept my license key. Couldn’t find an email Address for Avg so started a live chat.
what a joke. The 1st agent said it couldn’t be installed on an iPhone. I told him it had been installed through the App Store.
Then he transferred me to the sales team who said my subscription was for windows only. I would have to pay extra, but big woopee I would get a discount It would cost £52.
Then when I was typing an answer he ended the chat.
Absolutely appalling customer service and totally mislead. Nowhere did it say that my subscription was only for windows.
When July comes around I will not be renewing. I will find another with hopefully a better customer service
