AVG Subscription fraud

Hi I just wondered if anyone else has experienced the total lack of customer care when dealing with AVG?
I have never used AVG and certainly will never use it now!
My credit card has been used fraudulently to purchase an AVG product. I contacted AVG as soon as I realised it had happened. Initially via the live chat, that call was ended by AVG, then followed an e-mail requesting further information, which I provided them with. I have heard nothing since despite sending further e-mails I have no idea what is happening regarding their investigations, so if anyone could provide me with a phone number to actually speak to someone I would be extremely grateful!
