AVG Subscription - Internet Security

Hi Avinash,

I have tried this solution but I am still getting the same window pop up in the corner of my screen and at the bottom of my Internet Security and ZEN.

I am using this on multiple devices, do I need to do this on all devices at the same time?

I do understand the inconvenience this may have caused. This could be because the new subscription has not automatically updated on your PC. Please logout and log back into AVG Zen app with your AVG MyAccount email address and password to activate the paid subscription of AVG Ultimate.

1. Please open AVG Zen dashboard by clicking on small 'Home' icon at the top left corner of AVG Internet Security.
2. Then click on your email address at top right corner.
3. Then select Leave this network option and confirm it by clicking on Leave button.
4. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
5. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.

I recently renewed my yearly account subscription within the last couple of weeks (Twice as it had told me my original payment method had expired even though it had not, so I did it a second time with a different one, though this is not the issue).
Today I received the message at the bottom of my AVG across all my devices that my Internet Security expires in 6 days and to renew now. 
I have invoices for the two subscription renewals and my AVG account is showing my next renewal date of November 27 2019, so my account is up to date, but not my AVG.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I completely understand your concern. I have sent an email with instructions to get in touch with our additional technical support. Please follow my email instructions and get connected with them. They will activate your AVG program.
