AVG Subscription not showing up

So I bought an online code via Amazon and redeemed it, but when I went to my subscription page after clicking on the installation instructions email, there was nothing.
I attempted to activate the code again just in case it was an error. But when I did it said that the code had already been activated on my account, though there is still nothing. 
Has anyone else had a problem like this? How do I fix it?

We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.
