As we're uncertain about the exact reminders that you receive, would you be so kind to share us the screenshots of them for better clarity?
Dear AVG community
I have an ordinary subscription on a Virus Protection Progran plus a VPN Program on my Acer PC. I have many problems with AVG, the latest and most urgent being constant/frequent reminders that:
(1) I haven't paid my subscription (although I have received e-mail confimation frpm AVG that I have paid the subscription for another year,) followed by ..
(2) that I haven't activated my subscription formulated as
"Your subscription isn't being used on any device. Why not install and activate the app now?"
I have followed the instructions and activated the subscription, but when I turn on the PC next time AVG bothers me with new reminders
"Time is running out, don't risk yoour online security"
Nothing helps. Should I turn to another provider of internet security?
