I had / have two subscriptions, Tune Up and Anti Virus, the renewal dates being different. I wanted to upgrade to the Ultimate version so that I had one subscription to cover all and multiple systems.
I managed to stop the auto renewal of Tune Up  which showed on my account, and get my Credit Card refunded. However the Anti Virus did not show up on my account, yet it auto renewed on a different date, which I discovered when my credit card was debited a large sum of £74.99 on the same day as my refund was received.
Is it possible to upgrade a subscription, rather than just renew?  You keep sending offers out
which are very inviting, however I can find no easy way of using these.
Can I get a refund on the Anti Virus renewal and start again with a single subscription that I want and at a reasonable price?.  If so how do i achieve this.
