AVG subscription

I could see that our refund team has already processed your refund request and sent an email confirmation. Check your inbox and spam box as well.

I have recently been billed for as subscription for an AVG product, I have not seen an email informing me of this prior to the money having been taken from my account, if this had gone to my spam folder then it would have automatically been deleted, I have gone onto your site and concelled the subscription and requested a refund.
Can you confirm this will be actioned, we do not use the product.
