Upon checking your account, we see that AVG TuneUp has been renewed, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal during the time of purchase.
We do send pre-billing notification email prior 30 days of product's expiry (which might have gone into your spam/junk folder)
Please let us know if you'd like to cancel this subscription & get refunded.

Likewise I have had £69.99 taken from my account by yourselves, I have no knowledge of ever subscribing to you, as I have computer protection already.  I would like to know how and when I ordered this subscription and also respectfully request a reimbursement of said £69.99
