A payment of £46.99 was taken from my Nat west MasterCard on 20.05.17 for AVG security cover on my PC however my online account says I have paid no subscription and am not covered by your security. I have stopped any future payments. I have had no email from you telling me you were taking a subscription or receipt for same. As my PC was invaded by a virus recently I am suspicious as to whether this is a genuine payment. If so why is my PC saying I am not covered? I also wonder how good the cover is if I can be invaded by such a damaging virus that is costing me a lot of money to have put right!
