I purchased my renewal subscription 6/9/23. I just tried to find out WHY the updates are not going through. Unfortunately I called 1-866-409-7227 which I thought was AVG. He had me go into my CITI charge account to see when it was paid (6/10/23) then go to my Banking account to see when that was paid. I told him I cannot tell because there are several Citi payments. He told me ther are several hackers getting into my account. Should I change my citi a/c number and notify my bank? HELP!!!
