I don't need or want the VPN, but I do want the Internet Security - Multi-Device. 
Please advise how I can switch the subscription.

We request you not to share the activation code which will be of 3*6 format on this public forum.
You have been charged ZAR573.85 for the renewal of AVG Secure VPN - Windows PCs on 2nd August 2019.
The product that is expiring on 29th October 2019 is AVG Internet Security - Multi-Device.
The activation code will remain the same for both the products.
Are you able to see the expiry date for AVG Secure VPN subscription as 15th August 2020?

I've just renewed my annual subscription (due to expire 15 August 2019), only to find that that the avg website states that it's expiring on 29 October 2019 (code removed).  Kindly advise and correct.  regards, Gillian

We have initiated your refund request and sent you an email confirming the same. Please check and revert to that email to assist you further.

Gillian, we don't have any separate email address to contact us.

However, if you wish we can send you an email from our end and you can reply back to the email.

We have requested not to post the activation key in public post due to privacy concern.

Regarding the AVG Secure VPN, you can get the refund for the product and continue to use the AVG Internet Security.

You have an AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) valid till 2019.10.29.

Let us know, if you wish to have a refund for the AVG Secure VPN.
