I have purchased new AVG protection but can't workout how to instal it. I've tried everything that they say and nothing happens other than being redirected to buy AVG protection. Please can you help.

Alexandra, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
