I do understand the inconvenience this may have caused to you. I see that you have purchased both AVG Internet Security and AVG PC TuneUp. May I know which among these products is reporting a trial message and you need help activating it?

AVG is asking me to renew my contract with you on a trial basis but  I am in the middle of a two year contract with  you. What is going on
