I have been trying to reach AVG for 3 days for my refund on my avg subscription. I did not cancel it in time before they charged me the full price. It says I have 7 days to request a refund. Every time I try to request a refund it sends me to a chat which no one ever answers and I need this refunded.

Same here. Service seems to be totally absent with AVG. Can’t see how I ever will be able to recommend their service to anyone.
