When i renewed my subscription to AVG protection Pro it was for a full year which expires in 2016, but my Avg keeps telling me that it has expired, i tried explaining my problem in an email to AVG and they returned the email with explanation on how to download it, although i have tried this a few times it keeps telling me i am protected BUT my trial will expire within a month and gives me the option to purchase protection pro( i have already purchased), I am hoping someone might know what the problem is and might be able to give me some advice, I am not computer savy and this is very frustrating, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
