I have a question on a current sub i have, its coming due and its $89.99 + tax, the thing is i can't even resolve issues on computer without it wanting me to buy additional services for over 45$ Now at almost $90 for 2 yrs what is supposed to be included in this, no offense i'd much rather be able to phone CS, but maybe one of the community can help???
