I apologize for any inconvenience caused. From your account, I can see that you have 5 active AVG subscriptions:

Hi all I recently (january) had to get a new laptop and reinstall AVG however i couldn't find or remember my security details so installed Internet security however I now have received renewal and a bill for Ultimate with my paypal recurring payment system…Do I have to suck it up or ask for a refund?

Hi Alok I have Two laptops and if I could merge al of the subscriptions that would be great thank you… cheers Phil  ps and this merge would cancel all the others?

I have forwarded your request for merging to concern team. They will get back to you via email with further information. And, yes, all the other subscriptions will get cancelled upon successful merging.
