I have been trying to call customer service because my credit card company rejected the debit to my card. I was asked if I recognized the charge, I said yes, they said I would have to contact AVG again I did this, have been on the phone several times, to no avail. They are now farming out customer service calls to the Phillipines and India. Customer service is really bad.
