First of all, I would like to say that this is the second time AVG Support has deleted stuff off of my computer without saying anything to me. That is a problem that has been addressed as best as it can be. I lost important files and I l got 3 month extra free. This time, not only did the guy erase my important folders with no warning at all ( 3 months worth), I am finding out NOW that he deleted my printer's functionality despite me having called in about having it fixed prior! Now, I'm wondering if there is anything else that I need to check for while I'm on the phone with these people?!
