AVG support for issues.. is there any?

After reviewing the AVG support pages... It appears AVG has no phone, chat, or email support to address technical issues with for their  products. 

How can any company do business with zero support? I have 40 licenses, and have had only minimal expectations for AVG, but they have managed to disappoint me. .  all my devices all are unable to get anti-theft to work... to location the device remotely , even when the device is enabled on the devices.     

Wouldn't it be great is AVG did something to like provided technical support for there products !
