Despite my subscription for AVG Ultimate being updated early, a few weeks ago, and acknowledged by AVG, I get repeat popups telling me my account will expire in a few days unless I pay, My activation code is not recognised either although the order id is. I can find no way to speak to AVG about this problem. Any suggestions ?
the only way to cancel your avg subscription is to cancel the credit card you have on file so they can’t charge it again. Let your bank know NOT TO ALLOW charges from AVG.COM.
Also AVAST.COM and their parent company something called “gen digital”
Yes it’s been difficult to get a responds. I have tried many times to reach them to stop a POP UP of TuneUp renewal that interrupts zoom meetings.
I know longer wanted to use it so I let it run out. I thought it would just stop as it has with others I did not want to continue in the past.
I would personally block AVG from credit card payment…but I still have a few other AVG items which I have liked over the years. I do not want to stop using these other ones but it may come down to discontinuing all AVG.
Blocking AVG on my banking would block everything of AVGs that I use would it not?
And I really do not think anyone should have to cancel their credit cards in order to stop this. Unless there is no other option.
