I tried to reinstall my avg support on to my new windows 8 computer.  Now my computer will not do anything.  I can not bring up email, internet, or anything.  I click on the e for explorer, it swithches to a blue screen with the e on it and then right back to desk top or the main screen where I started from.  What is wrong and how do I fix it?  I tied to go into the control panel but the same thing happened.  I was not even able to shut it down so I had to hold the power button down till it finally shut off.
