If the paid subscription of AVG Tuneup not activated in the PC, user will not be able to fix the issues in the Tuneup scan result. Refer the below article to activate AVG Tuneup :

For MAINTENANCE with my pc, the FIX AND CLEAN button doesn't work for system junk.  I need a tech to call me.  Nobody seems to be contactable.  Anyone got a number that works?
