I purchased AVG on January 1, 2016. It is now 30 days later and after 7 different support techs and well over 20 hours of trying, AVG Ultimate is still not installed on my computer. I'm told that the highest level of support is now reviewing my account They have been reviewing for over four days. Is this common? Has anyone else had this kind of experience?
