as i’m unable to reach customer service to mention my problem, i’m using this public forum. Customer support makes you go round n round wanting you to solve your own issues without their interventio! i subscribed to avg basic 3 days ago but still haven’t received my confirmation email with my order ID. i hope avg support will contact me soon as i’m about to cancel my subscription n get a refund.
