I understand the inconvenience caused. Please be informed that the latest AVG Internet Security do not recommend to run two Antiviruses program at the same time. However, I request you to open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > troubleshooting > passive mode > if it's enabled, please disable it and check if your AVG Internet Security is working fine.

I'm paying for AVG internet security every month.
However, after AVG COMPLETELY MISSED a key-stroke logger called 30Tab,
I loaded Avast Free edition which cleaned out the intruder.
Now, when I want to scan my pc with AVG, I find it has turned itself off because
" Avast is running on this machine"
SO WHAT AM I PAYING FOR???
It's like buying a new car, and it won't start in the morning, because "there is a bus stop only 200 yards away…"
Can I cancel my current AVG which is paid up until the middle of 2018?
