I'm sorry to hear about this. I request you to go to C drive > Program files (x86) > AVG > setup > run the files avgsetupx.exe and select repair. After that, please check if your AVG Internet Security program is working fine.

My avg always switches off , 

i can open to run a scan , but  the UI never comes on.
